About us
Comercializadora Agromostazal
We are a sustainable trading company with a global business platform, a regional and national leader in the commercialization of hand-cracked walnuts with the highest standards of national and international compliance.
Our History
"Crises are powerful opportunities for transformation and growth."
Our story begins in the LimarΓ Province of Chile's Coquimbo region, where the devastating and prolonged drought of the past decade profoundly impacted our resilient agricultural heritage, cultivated over four generations. The severe water scarcity drastically reduced our table grape cultivation, forcing us to make the difficult decision of parting ways with many of our valued and dedicated collaborators.
In response to these challenges and recognizing the need to diversify regional products that meet rigorous national and international standards, Comercializadora Agromostazal was born. Our mission is clear: to develop and position a product that aligns with the highest benchmarks for quality, while upholding social, economic, and environmental sustainability for the rural communities we serve.
Today, Comercializadora Agromostazal is proud to be part of Grupo Agromostazal, defined by its triple-impact circular business model. We are committed to adhering to international certifications for food safety, environmental responsibility, and labor compliance, while fostering the development of the communities where we operate.
Since last year, we have proudly joined the B Corporation community, and we aspire for all our related companies to achieve this recognition in the medium term. Additionally, we are actively working on waste reduction initiatives, such as transforming walnut shells into pellets for combustion and livestock feed, demonstrating our dedication to innovation and sustainability.
